We only share your personal information with the Close To My Heart Makers with whom you choose to share your personal information and/or choose to affiliate with via ecommerce transactions.
  • If you are a Close To My Heart Maker or Enthusiast: We share your personal information with your upline and downline up to three levels deep, as provided in the Maker Agreement.
  • If you are one of our sellers, with select partners: If you are a Close To My Heart Maker or Enthusiast, We may share your information with select partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions. We make sure you will know about any such arrangements.
  • With Service Providers: We may share your Personal Data with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Website, to advertise on third party websites after you visited our Website, or for payment processing.
  • With shippers and shipping and delivery related service providers: to allow products to be delivered to you.
